Eden's Compliance Framework Gains a Thirteenth Requirement
2827 UCSD, Late Summer
Eden Space Habitat's compliance framework had stood at twelve requirements since the Military Space Command's response to the Constant Margin transit of 2712 UCSD. Among them was a loose-article requirement: any unattended article under two hundred grams found on a walkway or common floor is collected by the housekeeping units on their night pass and logged on an Unattended Article Report to the records room's lost-property bin, one form per article, and lost property releases what nobody claims after fourteen days to the reclamation stream.
In the late summer of 2827 the framework gained a thirteenth requirement, extending loose-article control to every deck area outside a registered berth or sealed store and citing the fold-proximate monitoring baseline. Its first observable effect was the housekeeping night pass collecting the detective bureau's open evidence shelf into lost property, one Unattended Article Report per bagged item. The shelf was registered as a sealed store by route reconciliation on Detective Inspector Wendell Albercombe's referral, and no article was lost.
