Survey Team Arrives at Threshold Station
2826 UCSD, Early Autumn
Galahad Thorne, Syra (Krenyi), and Rook-7 arrive at Threshold Station via Dock Seven and are assigned as a boundary survey team under Thorne's lead.
Within hours, Rook-7 identifies anomalous resonance patterns in the dock instrumentation consistent with an active Type II boundary interface. The patterns are not new: the station administration has been receiving related reports for eleven years and has categorised them as non-reportable calibration issues throughout.
Rook-7 notes that this characterisation is either uninformed or a deliberate suppression of data.
Canon facts:
- The boundary discrepancy is active and stable.
- The team is now assembled and aware of the problem.
- The source of Rook-7's non-standard sensor arrays is not yet confirmed.
- Syra's Safety Corps boundary analyst certification — from a non-standard issuing body — is noted in the station intake log and flagged for review. The flag has not been actioned.
