Frenar

Frenar (pronounced: FREH-nar) is a legacy designation for the Celestial tier of the Cosmic Cascade.

In all current canon, Frenar and Celestial refer to the same tier. Historical records and older documentation may continue to use "Frenar" when describing boundary enforcement operations. The current preferred term is Celestial.

Example: An incident report filed before the terminology update might read "Frenar response confirmed at the boundary," where a current report would say "Celestial response confirmed" — same event, same tier, different vocabulary era.
