Generalised Quantum Mechanics

Generalised quantum mechanics is the record's name for the one theory the cosmos's probability, coherence and information physics belongs to. It has two parts with different scopes.
The quantum kernel is standard quantum mechanics, preserved exactly — superposition, interference, entanglement, decoherence, and every no-go theorem the laboratory theory proves. The kernel is identical to real-universe quantum information throughout the local archecluster — an archecluster-scoped fact, not an Ensemble-wide one — and where nothing couples to it the full theory is the kernel, as an exact restriction rather than an approximation.
The Etheric extension is the lawful coupling structure laid over the kernel: the faint texture on quantum randomness, meaning-field overlays, the conceptual information channel, the boundary-zone decoherence channel, and the harmonic admissibility vocabulary that corridor transit and relocation locks run on. Extension terms vary by position and context, and their vocabulary is archecluster-local — the kernel is common to the whole surveyed record, the extension's vocabulary is not.
The governing rule is extension, not deformation: couplings are added, permissions are not. No extension term signals faster than transit, edits an outcome, reaches backward in time, or amends any kernel rule anywhere on record.
Example: a sealed quantum-computing cavern and a boundary-zone survey post are running the same theory. In the cavern the extension has been engineered to zero and the textbook holds to the last decimal; at the survey post the extension is loud and the textbook needs its larger frame. Neither site is an exception to the other.
