Worldwright

Worldwright is the Cascade tier that creates primary universes — the whole vessel at once: physics envelope, Etheric coupling, interaction regime, and internal zone structure. The coherence zones within a universe — each called a Concordant — are established and maintained under Worldwright authority, but the universe is the unit of creation; the zone is the unit of consistency. Worldwright authority is bounded: it exists only in primary universes. Secondary and subsequent universes are derived from primary ones and do not receive a new Worldwright.

What a Worldwright does not make. Creating the vessel creates its cosmic membrane — a membrane being what a universe occupies by virtue of being one, not a skin fitted afterwards — but it does not make the Common Manifold the membrane is seated in. That is instantiated two tiers higher, as a Formwright's formtype, which is why its outermost band encodes boundary conditions Worldwright operations must satisfy rather than conditions a Worldwright set. Nor is membrane-hood a Worldwright privilege: derived universes get no Worldwright and occupy membranes anyway, coherence rather than authorship being the criterion. A Worldwright therefore cannot move its universe relative to any other. Seating is not a thing anyone at this tier does.

Though the Cascade spine lists them in sequence, Worldwrights and Telearchs are parallel branches under the Archewrights — creation and continuity respectively, created and defined as peer functions with neither subordinated to the other.

Key constraints:

• Adjacent Concordants can differ; the boundary zones between them cannot be made globally uniform by Material-layer technology.
• Worldwright does not override the upper-structure tiers: Hyperomnium, Kieme, and Conseleme.

Example: A Worldwright establishing a new Concordant cannot guarantee it will match its neighbours' physical constants — and does not try to. The boundary zone that results where the two meet is an accepted cost of primary-universe creation, not a defect to be engineered away.
